Saint Jude
St. Jude, also known as Thaddeus was one of the twelve apostles and author of the epistle of Jude. He was the brother of St. James the Lesser and preached in Syria, Mesopotamia and Persia. St. Jude died a martyrs death, being beaten to death with a club. He is often depicted as wearing or holding a medallion with the profile of Jesus.
